Getting started

Hiroq is for ages 13 and up. Set up both phones with your name and the preconfigured Hiroq server, then choose Add contact on one phone and scan or paste its private code on the other. Select each other to join a conversation. Hold TALK until the ready signal before speaking.

Manage contacts

Contact options lets you remove, block or report a contact. Removing ends the pairing on both phones. Blocking prevents that phone from pairing with you again until unblocked. Settings → Blocked contacts lets you unblock a phone. Settings → Privacy and your data provides data deletion.

Report abuse or child-safety concerns

Use Report a concern in the app, or email dev@hiroq.app. Include the approximate time and a description, but never include authentication credentials, pairing codes or child sexual abuse material. This mailbox is also our child-safety point of contact. We can investigate service records and revoke access; encrypted conversations are not recorded. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a support response.

Delete data

Request deletion of your Hiroq identity and data, including when you no longer have the app.
